Action Network for the Disabled (ANDY), is a Kenyan Non Governmental Organization formed by and for youth with disabilities. It is duly registered with the Government of Kenya through the NGO Board.
WFD
Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) in partnership with ANDY through the Commonwealth Partnership for Democracy – CP4D seeks to foster greater engagement of PWDs in governance processes with a focus on three counties in Kenya namely Kakamega, Kisumu and Homa Bay.
An inception activity for the project was carried out through consultative meetings comprising of the project implementation team and key stakeholders from the three counties drawing representation from the secretariat of the County Assemblies, Members of County Assembly and disabled persons organizations.

MCAs’ Sensitization forums to raise the awareness of a representation of elected and nominated MCAs about the importance of inclusion in the legislative process.
DPO leaders training on coordinated effective engagement with the county government for three days at the Vic hotel in Kisumu
Development of a Harmonized Sustainable Action Plan for Engagement between the MCAs and DPOs in Kakamega, Homabay and Kisumu counties.
